This website is operated by Hyper Funded Ltd., a company incorporated in Saint Lucia under Registration No. 2026-00324, with its registered office at Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia.
Hyper Funded Ltd. provides this website and its services under the HyperFunded brand. HyperFunded is a trading name and brand of Hyper Funded Ltd. and is not a separate legal entity. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Hyper Funded Ltd..
Hyper Funded Ltd. does not conduct brokerage services or offer real trading accounts on this website. Its services are limited to simulated trading programs.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or our services.
3. Nature of our services
HyperFunded is an education provider. We supply educational content and, where offered, access to simulated trading environments that use virtual balances.
- We are not a broker, dealer, exchange or investment firm.
- We do not hold client money for investment purposes.
- We do not provide personalised investment, legal or tax advice.
- Simulated evaluation accounts do not represent customer deposits and do not grant any interest in real financial instruments.
4. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to access trading-education services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website complies with the laws applicable to you. We may restrict access from jurisdictions where our services are not appropriate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute or publicly republish our educational materials;
- use automated systems to scrape, overload or interfere with the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your identity;
- manipulate, exploit or circumvent the rules of a simulated evaluation, including through coordinated activity across multiple accounts.
6. Evaluation rules
Where a simulated evaluation is offered, the applicable objectives, trading conditions and restrictions are communicated before participation. Those rules form part of these terms for the duration of your participation. We may disqualify participation that breaches those rules.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, logos and course material — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access it for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
8. Fees
Where a paid product or evaluation is offered, the price and what it includes are shown before purchase. Refund entitlements are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. No guarantee of results
We do not promise trading success or guaranteed financial outcomes. Nothing on this website is a representation that you will pass an evaluation or earn income. Please read our Risk Disclosure in full.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on our educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Availability and changes

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
