Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Hyper Funded Ltd. (registration number 2026-00324), registered at Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia, trading as HyperFunded, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: support@hyperfunded.com.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us — such as your name and email address when you contact support or register for a service.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type and pages viewed, collected automatically when you visit the site.
  • Service data — where you use a simulated evaluation, records of your simulated activity, settings and progress.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect special-category data.

3. Why we use it

  • to provide, operate and improve our educational resources and services;
  • to respond to support enquiries;
  • to keep the platform secure and prevent misuse;
  • to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where consent is required.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies and equivalent browser storage to operate the website and remember your preferences, such as dismissal of our cookie notice. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform — for example hosting, email delivery and, where applicable, payment processing — and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Support correspondence is typically retained for up to 24 months; records required for accounting purposes are kept for the period the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@hyperfunded.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published here is the one in force, and the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
